Product Description:

The RMP-WL100 wheeled chassis is a compact and highly maneuverable mobile robot platform that supports four movement modes: lateral movement, diagonal movement, Ackerman steering, and pivot steering. It can adapt to various operational needs in confined spaces. The chassis is equipped with a circulating cooling system, a built-in VCU control unit, and adopts the standard CAN communication protocol, which facilitates users to quickly carry out secondary development and accelerate the implementation of application scenarios.

1. The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension system effectively absorbs road vibrations, maintaining vehicle stability even in complex terrains and protecting the upper equipment. The mobile robotics platform can easily pass through obstacles of 50mm, with a rated load capacity of 100KG. When fully loaded, it can climb a 15° slope. Meanwhile, the wheeled robot chassis light can clearly display the operating status.

2. The mobile robotics platform is equipped with a built-in VCU(Vehicle Control Unit), providing a standardized CAN communication protocol and reserving standard interfaces, which greatly facilitates users' secondary development and functional expansion, significantly shortens the development cycle and lowers the R&D threshold.

3. The chassis is equipped with IP54 protection capability, making it fearless of threats such as water flow and dust in daily work, and adaptable to various indoor and outdoor industrial environments. At the same time, it has passed multiple rigorous tests such as vibration and jolting, high and low temperature, and rain tests, fully verifying its stability, reliability and durability in complex environments.

4. The wheeled chassis is equipped with a DC 48V 30Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which can provide an ultra-long range of up to 6 hours. The battery pack adopts a quick-disassembly design, fully ensuring the continuous operation requirements.

5. The wheeled robot chassis is controlled by a hand-held remote control. The main joysticks or buttons include: SWA parking switch, SWC state switch (lateral movement, diagonal movement, Ackermann steering, and pivot steering), SWD high and low speed selection switch, the left joystick is the forward and backward joystick, and the right joystick is the steering joystick. The two buttons at the bottom are the power on/off buttons.
