The intelligent inspection robot is a mobile device that integrates multiple functions such as infrared sensors, manual/automatic inspection modes, intelligent recognition of instrument equipment values, environmental perception (temperature, smoke, flammable gas, etc.), fire warning, voice recognition and data storage. Its system can be divided into four parts: flexible mobile, intellisense, information feedback and emergency warning.

2. Intellisense

Through high-definition infrared cameras, gas detectors and intelligent navigation systems, the environmental information of the inspection area is perceived, an environmental map is constructed, and suspicious potential dangers in the environment are detected.

 

3. Information feedback

The collected environmental data is directly uploaded to the monitoring software in the background for automatic data storage. And generate inspection reports at the end of the week or the end of the month.

 

4. Emergency warning

During the inspection process, if any dangerous or abnormal situation is detected, an alarm will be automatically issued to prompt, locate its own position and upload it to the background monitoring room. Managers can conduct two-way voice intercom through the monitoring software to remotely direct the evacuation of the crowd.
