The two-day "Remarkable Shandong" Agricultural Trade (Malaysia) Expo 2025 came to a successful conclusion on September 24th. As a provider of smart agricultural robot solutions, Shandong Manda showcased a variety of innovative products, presenting efficient, precise and automated agricultural robot solutions to international audiences, which attracted extensive attention from many professional visitors and potential partners.

Focus on scenario-based applications and showcase innovative strength

At this exhibition, we showcased mobile chassis and robots for various agricultural application scenarios, including weeding, spraying pesticides and transportation. This includes:

Lawn mower: Three types of lawn cutting widths are available for selection: 900mm, 800mm, and 550mm. Meanwhile, the cutting height can be adjusted to meet the needs of lawn operations at different heights. The crawler structure design makes it easy to handle complex terrains such as slopes, muddy and slippery areas. Equipped with a high-performance four-stroke gasoline engine, it runs more smoothly.

Small orchard sprayer: Specially designed for spraying pesticides in small orchards, it has a compact body and can easily pass through narrow and complex environments with dense fruit trees. Equipped with a high-torque motor, it can easily handle complex agricultural terrains. By adopting high-pressure plunger pumps and turbine fan systems, the optimal atomization of pesticides is achieved, ensuring uniform coverage of the pesticide solution and enhancing the utilization rate of pesticides. It features an intelligent reminder function for low liquid level and low battery, fully ensuring the safety and continuity of operations.

Agricultural four-wheel four-steering row spacing adjustable chassis: A mobile robot chassis specially designed for agricultural application scenarios. It is equipped with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering configurations, and the wheel track and wheelbase can be adjusted. It is equipped with a built-in VCU controller and provides CAN communication protocol, which can be matched with various navigation methods such as Beidou, laser, and following. Meanwhile, the chassis can be equipped with various agricultural machinery such as sprayers, fertilizer applicators, transport wagons, seeders and weeding machines.

Wheeled transport vehicle: maximum load of 200kg, integrated wheel module motor, with strong power. It adopts pure electric mode, saves energy and reduces consumption, and is suitable for cargo transportation in scenarios such as farmlands, construction sites, factories, airports, and railway stations.

Automatic fertilizer spreader: Equipped with the Beidou navigation system, it can achieve automatic path planning and precise movement. It is designed for double-sided fertilization, with a range of up to 8 meters.  Through point-to-point start and stop as well as intermittent operation, it can precisely fertilize a single oil palm tree, effectively enhancing the utilization rate of fertilizers.
