1. Break-in: For new or overhauled machines, they should first work under no-load conditions for half an hour, and then work under light-load conditions for 5 hours. Immediately release all the lubricating oil in the gasoline engine crankcase while it is hot, and then inject engine oil for 4 hours of break-in before your remote control mower can be put into normal operation.

2. Technical Maintenance:

Inspection of key components:

1. Check that the emergency stop button and power switch button on the operation panel are functioning properly.

2. Check whether the main load-bearing fastening parts of the mechanical structure are normal.

3. Check whether the connection nodes of each mechanical part are loose.

4. Comprehensively check whether the bolts and nuts of each component are loose, and adjust them to a proper degree in time.

5. Check whether the track is severely worn. If the wear is severe, replace the track to ensure the normal operation of the entire machine.

6. After continuous use for one year, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out on the lawn mower to check whether the joints of the entire machine's rotating shafts are worn.

7. When fully charged, check whether the battery life is normal.

Storage and daily precautions:

1. Apply anti-rust oil to unpainted areas with non-aluminum alloy surfaces, clean the surface of dust and dirt, and store in a well-ventilated, dry place indoors.

2. In daily use, pay attention to whether there are obvious phenomena such as abnormal noise, continuous vibration, or continuous overheating during the operation of the robot. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner or reported to the manufacturer.
