Today, with the rapid development of robot technology, how to enable robots to maintain high-speed movement and achieve stable and precise control in complex terrains has always been a core problem of concern in the industry. The RMP-D100 tracked chassis integrates miniaturization and lightweight design, enabling high-speed movement and providing highly adaptable mobility solutions for scientific research and industrial applications.

1. Outstanding passability

The vehicle body is only 700mm wide, with flexible turning and the ability to pass through narrow passages. The ground clearance is 120mm, and the obstacle crossing ability is ≤100mm. Whether it's field exploration, material transportation, or urban inspection, this robot tank chassis can handle them all with ease.

2. Independent suspension, smooth walking

It adopts a simple suspension structure design imitating the Matilda style. The track structure is made of lightweight materials, and the thrust wheels are equipped with shock-absorbing springs to effectively absorb shock and vibration. Even on gravel, muddy and irregular roads, it can keep the machine body stable and ensure the stable operation of the upper equipment.

3. Precise control, high speed driving

The track chassis is equipped with a high-torque servo motor, with a maximum speed of up to 15km/h. It has a fast response speed and can efficiently complete the designated tasks. Equipped with a DC48V lithium iron phosphate battery, it supports continuous operation for 4 hours. It can achieve a rated load of 100kg, meeting the requirements of long time and high-load tasks.

4. Adopt bulletproof box body

An optional bulletproof steel plate box body can be equipped to protect the internal core components from external force damage such as impact, significantly enhancing the robot's mission continuity in high-risk environments.  It is especially suitable for extreme application scenarios such as fire emergency response and disaster rescue.

5. Modular design

The RMP-D100 robot chassis adopts a modular design, and the crawler modules are easy to disassemble and maintain. Reserve DC24V/48V power output and standard CAN communication interface, mechanical (loading platform connection), to meet the needs of different users. It can be equipped with laser navigation, Beidou navigation or intelligent following system to achieve precise navigation. This chassis is widely applicable to industries such as inspection and detection, fire emergency response, material transportation, educational applications, and special vehicle modification.
